Returns & Exchanges

Norse Projects offers a 14-day return window from the date of receipt for all items purchased through our online store. Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original shipping box or a similar protective container, ensuring the return form is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
